Dalam rangka memperingati 10 Muharram, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Madura kembali menyelenggarakan kegiatan santunan bagi 20 anak yatim. Kegiatan ini merupakan agenda rutin tahunan sebagai wujud kepedulian dan tanggung jawab sosial seluruh sivitas akademika Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Madura terhadap masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak yatim.
Ketua Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Dr. Moh. Amir Furqon, S.E., M.M., menegaskan bahwa kepedulian terhadap anak yatim merupakan nilai kemanusiaan yang harus terus dipelihara. Beliau menyampaikan, "We must not close our eyes to the existence of orphans. We should set aside some of our fortune to help those in need."
Through this activity, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Madura University shows its commitment to continue to be present in society, not only as an educational institution, but also as part of society with social concern. It is hoped that the compensation provided will provide happiness, enthusiasm and benefits for the recipients.
The 10th of Muharram is a reminder of the importance of sharing and strengthening the values ??of caring, togetherness and social solidarity. Hopefully this activity will continue as a good tradition that inspires and provides benefits to the wider community.
