Pamekasan — Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Madura menyelenggarakan kegiatan evaluasi akademik pada Saturday, February 14 2026, bertempat di FKIP Reading Room. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh jajaran dekanat, ketua program studi, dosen, serta tenaga kependidikan (tendik) sebagai bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik dan tata kelola pembelajaran.
The main agenda of activities includes evaluating the implementation of odd semester lectures for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. In this forum, a lecture evaluation report was presented which covered various aspects of learning, including the results of an analysis of the level of student satisfaction with the lecturer's teaching process, the implementation of academic supervision, as well as the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) based learning system used in the university environment.
Apart from that, the forum also discussed updating the SISTER system which is integrated with Key Performance Indicators (IKU), as part of strengthening the lecturer academic and professional performance reporting system. This evaluation is also the basis for preparing strategies to improve the quality of learning in the even semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
In the follow-up discussion, participants also discussed plans for implementing faculty promotions for new student admissions for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Promotion strategies are directed at strengthening the academic image and increasing faculty competitiveness. Apart from that, special attention is given to efforts to improve the academic positions of lecturers and develop the competence of educational staff to support more professional academic services. Apart from that, increasing the publication target of students in collaboration with lecturers is an important thing to be discussed in supporting study program accreditation.
This evaluation activity is a momentum for reflection as well as strategic planning for the entire faculty academic community in realizing the provision of education that is more effective, quality, and oriented towards improving institutional performance on an ongoing basis.
