The solemn event was attended by various elements of the campus, starting from the management of the Unira Foundation, lecturers, educational staff (tendik), to the heads of student organizations (Ormawa).

Unira Chancellor, Dr. Gazali emphasized that the halalbihalal agenda in the campus environment must be interpreted more deeply, not just a ceremonial or routine celebration after Eid al-Fitr. According to him, this momentum is a real manifestation of piety which has the dimension of social piety.

In his speech, Dr. Gazali quoted Surah Ali Imran verse 134 of the Koran. He explained the three main characteristics of a devout individual that should be implemented by all campus elements in everyday life.

"This activity is a form of application of the values ??of piety. First, getting used to caring and giving, which we realize today through charity for orphans. Second, the ability to control anger, and third is the greatness of spirit to forgive other people's mistakes," explained Dr. Gazali.

Furthermore, he emphasized that apart from being a place for spiritual strengthening, halalbihalal also functions as a bond of brotherhood. By forgiving each other, it is hoped that there will be no more divisions or residues of conflict between leaders, staff, lecturers and students.

"This is a means for all of us to wash our hearts and forgive each other. With a clean soul, we can create a harmonious academic ecosystem and build stronger synergy for the progress of Madura University and the optimization of the Higher Education Tri Dharma in the future," he concluded.
