Three Madura University Student Teams Win 2024 P2MW Grants, One Team Ready to Represent at KMI Expo Southeast Sulawesi
unira.ac.id (Friday, 24/10/2024) Three teams of Madura University students succeeded in winning grant funds for the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (KemDikBud) in 2024. One of The team, namely Team Ciku, had the honor of representing the University of Madura at the KMI Expo which will be held at Halu Oleo University, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, from 21 to 28 October 2024.
KMI Expo is the peak event of the national level student entrepreneurship competition which is held every year by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa). This event is an opportunity for entrepreneurial students to introduce their innovative products while competing with participants from various universities throughout Indonesia.
The Ciku team, consisting of Indah Eka Wahyuni (Accounting Study Program) as team leader, as well as three other members, namely Qurratul Aini (Civil Engineering Study Program), Sultan Agung Firdaus (Management Study Program), and Dewi Atika Rahmawati (Public Administration Study Program), was selected to represent the University of Madura. They will introduce innovative products developed during the P2MW program, with the hope of winning awards at the national level.
The Ciku Team's participation in the KMI Expo is not only a competition event, but it is also hoped that it will be able to raise the name of Madura University on the national stage. The Chancellor of Madura University expressed his hope that this achievement would be an inspiration for other students to continue to excel, especially in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation.
By actively participating in this program, Madura University is further strengthening its position as an educational institution capable of producing outstanding students, as well as participating in the development of entrepreneurship in Indonesia.
